Because we are a small business and there is high demand for adventures, we must enforce a strict cancellation and
no-show policy.

- There are no refunds for workshops and courses. A 48-hour cancellation notice is required for you to receive a credit,
minus a $10 handling fee. - We reserve the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances and full refunds will be issued.
- For cancellations occurring 30 days or more there is no cancellation fee.
- For cancellations occurring 10 – 30 days prior to scheduled arrival, a full refund is granted minus a cancellation fee of 10%.
- Cancellations made within 10 days of scheduled arrival are subject to no refund.
- Gift certificates and coupons are void when reservation is cancelled.
- If you have reserved a tour for a group of 10 or more, we require a 3 week cancellation notice.We will not refund short-notice cancellations.
*Event cancellations due to extreme weather conditions:
Event will be rescheduled. You will have to opportunity to use payment towards any other event within 60 days
of the cancellation if you cannot attend the event as rescheduled.
