Not a Clue hiked the Citrus Loop Trail in March 2010. We are planning this trip again next year, so everyone can prepare. If you are interested please contact Jeanene as we are keeping the group under 10 persons.
The Citrus Tract, Withlacoochee State Forest is southwest of Inverness and immediately south of SR 44 The Citrus Tract has a dry, all-weather trail on alternately flat and hilly terrain. You may plan day hikes on loop trails and overnight hikes of up to 43.3 miles on the perimeter trail. Trail mileage totals 46.8.

Jeanene/Not a Clue Adventures works closely with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission/Becoming an Outdoors Woman program buy not only volunteering as an instructor, but also by coordinating Beyond BOW Day Trips and Activities to further introduce women and families to many different outdoor activities.
“BOW” workshops are designed primarily for women; however, it is an excellent opportunity for anyone 18 years of age or older to learn the outdoor skills usually associated with hunting and fishing, and a variety of outdoor pursuits.
These workshops focus on the learning of outdoor skills. We strive to offer a variety of topics in our workshops, balanced between hunting/shooting, fishing and non-consumptive (canoeing, camping, etc.) activities. For more information on these programs visit: http://www.myfwc.com/BOW
Jeanene is also the coordinator for the Tampa Women in the Outdoors Worksop. Women in the Outdoors is an outreach of the  National Wild Turkey Federation. Women in the Outdoors events are held across the country using experts and trained professionals to teach outdoor skills in a noncompetitive environment. The Women in the Outdoors program helps members develop outdoor skills and emphasizes the importance of wildlife management and the role of hunters in conservation.
